Dave Siembieda, President

Dave joined Thatcher Technology Group, Inc. in 2001 bringing 22 years of experience in Systems Development. He is responsible for setting the technology direction for Thatcher’s suite of products and advancing new technology ventures.

Prior to joining Thatcher Technology Group, Dave was Director of New Product Development for JDA Software’s Warehouse Control Center product, as well as oversaw the e-commerce initiatives within JDA.

From 1986-1997, Dave served many roles for LIOCS Corporation, including Architect of Perspective/CS and Director of Research and Development.

Roy Curtiss, Director, Professional Services

Roy joined Thatcher Technology Group in December 1999 as Senior Manager of Implementation Services. His responsibilities include ensuring the ongoing needs of the installed base customers. Simply stated, Roy has the ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Roy has 15 years of experience in the development, implementation and support of direct selling, financial services and wholesale distribution clients ranging in size from $6 to $500 million.

Don Cockrell, Director of Development

Don Cockrell is responsible for managing the design and product development team activities at Thatcher Technology Group.  With 15 years of experience and proven leadership in developing next-generation applications, Don has focused on development productivity and quality in high-growth and transactional environments.
Prior to joining Thatcher, Don was a lead architect for a tier one retail warehouse management system for JDA Software Group. 

Nicole Dawson, Manager, Professional Services Delivery

Nicole joined Thatcher in May of 2006 as a member of the Product Development Team and transitioned into Implementation Delivery Services Manager in 2008. She brings eight years of software and systems delivery, development and testing experience from a wide variety of industries as well as extensive work in quality assurance management, corporate training and documentation.

Nicole has served as Quality Assurance Manager, Business Analyst, and Senior Developer at Hubbard One as well as Customer Support and Developer at Leo Burnett. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Computer Architecture from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
